Everything like fort Knox no toaster no kettle anything you do or touch costs you really one towel for your entire stay tons of emails saying how their going to charge you if ring them or do anything that upsets them

Great location - quiet but central, very bright and comfortable studio for one person.

You need to be able to endure quite a bit of stress, as there is a lot of threatening with fines... I cannot understand this - if you call the call centre - pay fine, if you use extra towel - pay fine, if you let the smoke get into apartment - pay fine, checking-out a minute late - pay fine, leaving misplaced cups or unwashed dishes - pay fine.. So I don't know, maybe guests in Denmark are usually very high-maintenence, but for me it is very unwelcoming and unpleasant approach. As for other minor things for the apartment - there is a kitchen with a fridge and a stove, but no pan, no bowls, no kettle, no paper towels, used (clean, but still) sponge, no coffee, no nothing welcoming.. also no towel for the bathroom floor, no cushions for the balcony chairs (not sure if they would not fine me if I use the sofa cushions...). Btw, all ended fine for me, behaved well and had no fines to pay :P

Tle flat is ok, but....

The hosting: they wrote me tens of time reminding me of the house's rules, which are many. They charge you for everything. You are left with one small towel each. There is no hair dryer. There is no carpet in the bathroom so you get out of the shower and you are in the wet ( which you have to ckean otherwise they charge you 200 DKK....)

Thin walls and floors, can hear neighbors conversation

The location is great for a pit stop close to public transportation. The flat is good for a small family, in a typical Danish building (can be noisy)

Kind of impersonal company business where everything is done to avoid any contact with a human with the intention to charge every detail in addition to what is displayed on booking. Check carefully how many bedsheets are included, report systematically any default at check-in as some customers have been charged abusively for that. Note that the phone contact is invoiced 200kr when the guidance to the address is kept to the minimum: it is easy to mention to walk under an arcade or take a picture to help the client. We received 12 messages containing the same content and the written answer promised within 4 hours in the road map came half day after the check out time. To summarise check everything carefully, collect evidence just in case....
