The location was perfect, it was clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness. it is as pictured. and location. we purposely choose this for that. it a mere 5-10mnt walk to roti canai transfer road. About 10-15 to Hameediyah and that UNESCO site. really convenient. Aside from what below, everything else is good! Really love how clean the place is.

We thought it’s a 2 bedroom property but instead it’s a 2 make up rooms. The rooms are separated by a barn door with a shared AC in the middle. The faucet in the toilet dripping during use, wetting the floor unnecessarily. The bathroom where the bath tub is has no holder. Maybe it’s mean for soaking instead of showering. Shower at the mid toilet is nice. The beds were so hard! I ended up sleeping outside on the sofa bed. But since the property located on somewhat a main road, the noise from outside really affected our rest (if sleeps at sofabed). Overall, the beds need to be replaced, and other small items can be further rectified eg faucet, shower head holder &

the Homestay is in great location.

Air cond (Hall) was not functioning well (not cold).

The name describes the place well. It's new & it's really cozy.. it is new; clean; comfortable; spacious enough for 6 adults; equipped; just walk away (even for my parent which are senior citizen) from some famous cullinary (roti canai transfer road, bee hwa cafe, hameediyah nasi kandar, chowrasta market, etc) & some CAT (free bus) stop points. To sum up, it's really worth the price, indeed it is the cheapest compared to other 6 adults accomodated rooms/places.

the bunkbed. honestly it's hard for the person who sleep above while there are 2 others in below.
