"Bad"

They had double booked us so we ended up in a low quality hotel We arrived at midnight waited next door for the manager. In the end They put us up in a hotel in Denpasar it was by then about 2am at best. Whilst they paid for this and refunded us the cash for the villa. It was stressful took up valuable holiday time and energy and wasted time trying to meet up for the refund. We appreciated his efforts but it was still a poor start to our holiday and caused stress and anxiety and lack of sleep which took a couple of days to recover from Next time will stay at a reputable hotel instead.
