Location was good but it wasn’t said that is on the THIRD floor without elevator and steep stairs

Heating is controlled by the owner REMOTELY, and I tried the airconditioning but it is only for cooling! Called the manager/owner and said that it it turn on heating. Outdoor temperature was 12 Celsius, quite COLD and inside the apartment terrible! They turned on heating (radiators) for 1 hour in from 19-20h. I was freezing whole evening and night. I called Booking.com and they said they will talk to the owner also. NOTHING happened! Constantly they had excuses, everything will be fine, but to the end of my 5 days stay I was freezing! I read comments also same in the summer. I supposed to move to another place right away. Very bad experience!

"I would reccoment it"

- very close to the city center - the communication with the host was amazing

-it didn’t had an cloth iron but on booking it said it has -could be a bit more cleaner
