Beat of the City - cozy downtown studio

Dobra lokacija. Blizu centra. Blizu javnog prijevoza. Stan ima sve potrebne stvari. Nije vruć, u hladu je. Mirno je jer stan gleda na unutarnje dvorište. Ima rolete na prozoru. Ima pravu kadu. Ima željezne rešetke ispred vrata, tako da je dobar osjećaj sigurnosti. Kuhinja ima 2 plinska kuhala i dobro radno svjetlo. Frižider je dobar.

Stan nije čist. Prljavi tepison, puno dlaka. Kupaona površno oprana. Paučina na plafonu. Kuhinjski pribor površno opran. Lonac mastan. Krevet tvrd i neudoban. Ručnici nisu baš djelovali čisto.

Clean, comfortable place in a great localization

For me, the most important things are: comfortable bed, quiet no noisy place and a clean bathroom where I can take shower peacefully. I had the best sleeping ever in the last few days. I have to give the credits for that. If you are looking for a quiet, peacefull place to relax and sleep well, I absolutelly recommend this place to you 10/10. Excellent location. Good choice for the money paid. You have everything you need for a short or long stay.

The entrance of the building was like a scene of a horror movie. When I first entered I was scared and nervous. The main building was about to fall down, very old and unmantained. In addition, a curtain in the bathtube was missing.

I couldn't work out how to use the blinds

Very nice the room, it is like a little apartment, very clean and it has everything that is necessary, I felt very secure with the double door to lock,

The building overall is not nice, is not responsibility of the host, but having a renovation in the main patio of the building on painting and stairs can increase a lot the outlook.
