AUThe property was in a safe and good location near many restaurants and the skyline views of New York.
The apartments bathroom door was warped and therefore couldn’t close. We communicated this with the staff and were told that someone would come and fix it but after waiting an hour after they told us they would arrive still no one had come. We asked again for many days and were told that someone had already come even though they hadn’t. We finally understood that they had gone to the wrong apartment so we were stuck with the broken door for our entire stay. There was mould in one of the bathrooms and the elevator and floor in the hallway were very dirty. In the rooftop there were dirty cups, bowls ect and used towels left there and the floor in the gym was also broken. The furniture in the apartment was very cheap and uncomfortable. The customer service was lacking . We sent to them many emails and a video regarding the broken door and dirtiness. Our requests were ignored and never attended. The tv also had no channels or Netflix and the wifi was not available for all devices. We recommend careful review of the property management. Overall the apartment was very expensive and not worth what we spent. We are happy to share information with management.
