Ich habe mich nicht sicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung kann von innen nicht abgeschlossen werden. Defektes Dachfenster (aber dicht). Sehr schlechter Geruch aus dem Ablauf in der Dusche. Duschenhalterung kurz vor Lebensende.

Perfekte Lage um Aalborg fußläufig zu erkunden. Ruhige Lage.

Das Dach in einem der Erker ist undicht und es hat hineingeregnet. Die Dusche könnte mehr Druck vertragen. Kein bezahlbarer Parkplatz in der Nähe. Es ist komisch eine Gebühr zu verlangen, wenn man gezwungen ist den Vermieter anzurufen. Es wäre gut einen "Starterpack" mit ein bisschen Kaffee usw vorzufinden

The position

The place was dirty, I found a sock from the previous tenant the shower was broken, the sink in the toilet was broken and the apartment was missing the blinds! So no privacy

The property manager falsely accused me of causing damage for the tv that I even did't use and asked for extra charge of almost 500$ - insane. Be cautious when booking this room—it seems they look for ways to charge guests unfairly. Fortunately, booking confirmed that they can not do that and I am waiting for the refund.
