Proximity to family and public transport. Convenient for shops. It was clean and tidy on arrival.. When we made an initial complaint about the leaking shower and the garden, the gentleman who attended was very polite and helpful.

There was no kitchen table although there was enough room to accommodate one. There were some basic things not available or not working properly. Window covers not efficient enough to keep out early morning light - difficult to sleep in. If staying for more than a week find out about linen changes and house cleaning before you book.
