Ultra Central - Balcony - Basilica View

The location is fantastic..realy central to busses taxis metro and it's in the hop on hop off area many many local bars restaurants. The apartment was very clean all the home comforts..fridge freezer washing machine very comfortable beds..to rooms one in the main room and bedroom and a separate bedroom both with a double bed..2 single quilts on both beds..zircon is realy good..microwave oven cooker pans pots knives etc.very safe area as we could tell..the sercurity in the building is very tight cameras and a cell over door to the apartment..the owner sent us a video to gain entrance there is a couple of codes and 2 keys for to gain entry..fourth floor big windows and a great view of the area and basilica lovely park over the road and near to a big wheel..when we communicated with the owner whilst there through booing.com he got back to us within minutes but never did answer his phone.not sure if I had the correct number.your not to far from the river and boats and the castle good to walk it if fit enough around 25 to 30 mins..a beautiful posh area.there is a Chinese takeaway right next door if hungry and gift shops all over the place and a lidle just 5 mins walk if your cooking meals.so near also to the start of hop on hop off busses less that a ten min walk where you can buy tickets aswell.there is an amazing very high walked back court yard with ivy's and tall trees ..loved it..and the back room has its own balconey..the icon is free and very good..we actually had a cooler evening and the heater from the zircon is lovely..its wood mock flooring very clean..but the views out of the place are great..loved the music park and general area very clean ppl all very friendly ..go to the ruin bars book the river cruise with the meal and Hungarian meal brilliant..we did the ho ho bus..

Two things..one is a niggle and not at all to do with the owner..the sirens are relentless all day..but we were there when the Turkish president was there so lots of sercurity..but the windows when closed did stop the noise.and the think we didn't like is the massive tv only has one chanel it's Hungarian news that's it..so if ya like a music channel like ourselfs there's the phone option.toilet is tiny and bathroom an okay size

Beautiful apartment located exactly in the city centre, the view from the balcony is amazing! The host was very kind and helpful! The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, everything was perfect! The location is incredible and the place is very easy to find! Considering the price i payed, it was truly amazing!!

The bathroom is a little tight :)

The accommodation is in the best possible position in the city, it is spacious, basically you have everything you need.

The owner is more than rude, until a few hours before entering the accommodation he kept us in suspense as to whether he would accept us because we did not fill in some link that he sent non-stop (booking warned me not to enter suspicious links and not to provide personal information), and he didn't want to explain to me the purpose, i.e. why he wants me to submit the passports and personal data of all of us online. he should have explained to me, and the evening before my arrival I told him that we would then fill out the said questionnaire together in order to make sure that it was not abuse that he accepted, that he would send me a message 3 hours before entering the apartment saying that we cannot enter the apartment before we fill it out questionnaire - uninterested in work, and unprofessional. The remote didn't work, I sent him a message, he didn't bother to help, for the internet code as well, but everything that depended on the owner himself was bad, but the apartment itself, location, accessibility, spaciousness of the apartment, comfort - 10 points. The owner should do a much better job, even though the apartment is great, I would never come again because of the owner's attitude and the total disrespect shown to us as customers, because I will not allow myself to book again, pay the full amount and wait to see if they say NO YOU CAN GO TO THE APARTMENT.
