The only thing I have bad experience is they don’t have coordinating example the lady guard in the pool they are not the same page with the ticketing system or rules..

I booked the staycation on the very last minute and I liked that the person who is incharge of the unit replied to me straight away, assisted us with no hassle. Fast communication.

I saw a baby cockroach crawling while my son was having a shower and it frightened him. As soon as we entered the building where the reception is, it smelt sewage.

It’s near the shopping mall, unit is clean.The only problem is the water heater,it’s need to adjust the water temperature because it’s too hot …highly recommended

Everything was perfect except the shower water temperature, it was either cold or very hot. need to adjust the temperature other than that i highly recommend it
