"Superb"

Lovely hosts, lovely staff. Great place to relax and enjoy!

The location, even though is close to Ashwem beach, the road to the boutique is very small. Would advice not to drive in that road during busy months!

"nice staff and breaki, but the rooms were NOT CLEAN"

very nice staff and good included breakfast.

bathroom was stinking from the canal and the guys cleaning the room weren't really cleaning it.

"Short stay in Goa"

Nice pool which was regularly cleaned and maintained. Okay breakfast. Modern and new. Had some issues with my dorm room, but the owner took responsibility and put me in a private room for the night until the problems were fixed. Nice to see owners have this approach. They were receptive to problems and feedback. 2 pillows and a comfy bed, decent pressure in showers. Nice outdoor space to relax.

Wifi was inconsistent. Little off the main road, some construction near by
