Arrivals after check in time: Please note that our standard check in time is from 15:00 to 20:00, arrivals at later times are welcome but an additional charge will be applied in order to compensate for the overtime of my collaborator who will welcome you late in the evening or late at night, as follows: - from 20:00 to 21:00: 40.00 euros - from 21:00 to 22:00: 50.00 euros - from 22:00 to 23:00: 60.00 euros - from 23:00 to 24:00: 70.00 euros - from 00:00 onwards please consider 30.00 euros for each additional hour of delay. In any case your arrival must be agreed and confirmed in advance, thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you do not wish to accept this additional cost please do not proceed with the booking, thank you. Regarding early check-in times, we always try to be as flexible as possible, so you will be allowed to leave your luggage from 11:30, but do not expect the apartment to be already cleaned and ready for your stay, you will be kindly asked to go out for a walk or for lunch, in the meantime my cleaning staff will prepare it by the official check-in time, 15:00. Tourist tax: A tourist tax will be collected in cash at check-in as required by the Venice Municipality regulations. It will be calculated on a basis of 4.00 euros per adult per night for the first 5 nights, children under 10 are exempt and those from 10 to 16 will pay 50%, and a specific receipt will be issued. Please have the required amount in euros with you at check-in, thank you. Waste/garbage collection: Please be absolutely sure that you understand at check in how to handle waste/garbage, the Municipality of Venice is very careful and rigorous in this matter, the fines are substantial and will be charged to you in case of incorrect or failed procedure, receiving the relevant report at your address of residence. Please do not leave any garbage/garbage in the apartment upon your departure as our staff cannot manage its removal after the permitted time (early morning), it will be very kind of you to take care of it both with regard to my cleaning staff and subsequent guests. Cleaning service: As a rule we do not charge any cost to our guests for the final cleaning and laundry service, for this reason we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in good condition, with particular attention to not leaving dirty dishes in the kitchen and food leftovers in the refrigerator. For stays longer than one week (7 nights) an intermediate cleaning and laundry service will take place if requested and its cost will be added to the total rental amount. Please note that any additional cleaning and laundry service beyond the final one will be quoted separately.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
