In order to rent this property: Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.” • Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#) • Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation • Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed) • Credit card must be in Booking Guest's name In other words, ALL these must be in the SAME NAME. (Example: IF it is your account, you CANNOT use your mother-in-law/husband/sister/cat's credit card. Security Hold: A $100 pre-authorization is required to maintain the quality of our cabin. This is not a charge (unless it is a debit card). It is released promptly after a damage-free stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
