I like the apartment. Will definitely book this place again, and hopefully, some changes are made to it.

I like the spacious apartment & 3 nice rooms. I like the beds and mattresses but not the pillows, and some of the towels too are shabby and worn out. The sofa is hard. Most of the remotes are not working or have no battery. Please replace the bathroom lock too. The hair dryer is faulty.

“The homestay provided a very pleasant e. The facilities were clean and well-equipped, had swimming pool, kids playground, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.”

The only downside was the shower gel, which felt too diluted, almost like bar soap mixed into liquid form – perhaps to save cost, I’m not sure. Also, the Netflix account could not be accessed as it required an update. I tried several times but was unsuccessful, so my family couldn’t enjoy watching movies together.”

The house is dirty. It was not cleaned up even we reached at 5pm ( checked in time 4pm). One lady is lying on the sofa and having her meal when I opened the door which really shocked me, the house is filled with food smell and spider web . My whole family need to stand outside the house for 30 min for them to clean?! Promised to give another unit but end up telling me oh it might not cleaned up yet and then no news at all. Bad experience.

1. Sliding door ruang tamu rosak tak boleh guna.. 2. Waktu check in jam 5 petang tapi house keeping masih buat pembersihan. Masuk homestay dalam keadaan lantai berlendir / basah 3. Coridor master bedroom berlumut. 4. Ruang basuh baju kotor 5. Paling mengecewakan DEPOSIT DI JANJIKAN PULANG 48 JAM. TAPI JADI DEKAT NAK SEMINGGU BARU REFUND DEPOSIT DGN ALASAN BANK TECHNICAL ISSUE.
