The location was in a very busy and prime street only minutes away (by car/taxi) to the famous Connaught Place (if you like fancy stuff). The area feels a bit crowded but it felt very safe. The adjacent areas are dirty but that's part of the city experience, I guess. However, lots of options for food/shopping nearby (local, nothing fancy). The rooms were very comfortable and the interior was more modern than I expected after seeing the building from the outside, which is quite old. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant to deal with, including the main host at the reception and the servers. The beds were comfortable.

The area is very busy so it was very noisy throughout the night, especially if you have a window. The cleanliness was slightly questionable, as a lot of their linens were tattered or slightly stained. The hot water was sometimes unavailable (central hot water line). The steps at the front are a bit high for elderly folks, could have a ramp or railing.
