the location was perfect, very near the spa/termas facilities. lovely 3rd floor balcony view of the village and surrounding mountains. the staff were very friendly . street parking was available.

oder of cigarettes from many years ago... bedroom also did not smell fresh. uninspiring mix-match of outdated furniture -- could use an upgrade. i had to sleep on the livingroom couch because the bedside lamp kept randomly flashing on, sorry i didn't get a chance to tell the very friendly staff, because perhaps just a small adjustment was needed? breakfast ingredients were lowest chain store quality & only weak powdered instant coffee offered at restaurant across the street....no coffee machine in the room.
