Everything - excellent accommodation, brilliantly equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Nothing - for a self-catering stay, this is as good as it gets.

Beautifully finished and lovely decor. Spacious, clean and accessible.

Only the fact of no en suites. Not an issue for me but if I came again with my mother or other friends. They like to have an en suite or closely accessible loo.

Hosts provided all the relevant information and everything was very easy throughout. The house is superbly finished and located in a really good spot a few minutes walk from the beach and other town facilities. Parking (free) is readily available on the street outside, we never had an issue getting a space. The kitchen is very modern and well-stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and well-appointed and the living spaces are really cosy and comfortable. We loved our stay and will definitely look to stay again if we are returning to the area.

The 2 stair cases are very steep which is an issue for anyone with mobility issues but we found using the first floor for my elderly mother was perfect as she had her bedroom, bathroom, lounge and front door to the street at the front all at hand. She only needed to navigate the stairs for having dinner or breakfast etc. not a big issue as long as you know about it and plan accordingly.

Location and communication, brilliant! Clean and tidy, had everything we needed.

Steep stairs and no grass in garden (also back gate leads straight onto road). Parking was a nightmare at times.

Beautiful decorated, great choice of kitchen equipment, perfect room for the 4 of us. Loved the separate dinning room to lounge with seating in both with separate T.Vs. Short walk to beach.

The stairs are super steep. Could also hear the pub/bar that was in front of the property especially when throwing bottles out! Really hot upstairs but kitchen remained super chilly - it was March though .
