I like the fact that there was everything that we need in the apartment the beautiful view as well and the closed of bedroom was nice

When we arrived at reception we had to wait because there was a double booking we were supposed to be in apartment 503 but was given 802 which wasnt a problem the only down fall of thay floor was that it was also the smoking area and the noise was terrible loud talking and singing also the double exit doors to the rooftop was a disturbance late at night when guest came to smoke, When we arrive the bedding on the bed was dirty ,the floors was filthy hair and nails on the floor I informed the reception desk and they send someone to change the bedding but they didn't do anything about the floors I took pictures and videos on arrival and showed it to them another problem I had was that the toilet door couldn't close the lock and handl was broken

The space was very clean and cute. The staff were super polite. The check in process was really simple because of the QR code.

1. The Wi-Fi in my room wasn’t working (the password was incorrect) since the day I arrived. I told reception about it and they told me to message Flamingo via WhatsApp, which I did, and they told me to call reception. I called reception and they said they’d send someone, but they never did. I told reception again on the second day and then the third day. 2. I stayed there for 3 nights and the shower gel and soap were never refilled. They were used up in one night. For guests staying longer than 1 night, the shower gel and soap doesn’t last. There was also no lotion. 3. The aircon in the room did not work.

I never got to access this property as the QR code was never sent to me. I am still waiting for the manager of Perch to contact me. I could not get hold of anyone on the number provided until late in the afternoon. I phoned nine times when I was standing outside the building! As I was travelling alone, I couldn’t take the chance of not having accommodation so I had to book elsewhere. I am waiting for a refund. It is concerning that a guest who has paid for accommodation finds herself in this situation. I booked at two other venues in CT and had wonderful service-no problems at all. This is such a poor advertisement for Cape Town which is such a beautiful city to visit. Perch needs to take responsibility for this. To date, I have not received a QR code!
