Nice pool area and staff were helpful.

I don’t think the room quite looked like the pictures, looked way more dated in real life which was quite disappointing. Also the patio area backed onto another hotel with a water slide which was very loud.

Compact, clean and convenient hotel for all your needs as a base in Ao Nang! Majority of the staff were lovely and super helpful, and it felt like a clean, thoughtful hotel.

There was a bartender on the day of the pool party who was treating my partner and I a tad off, not sure why! Also the bed/room feng shui not the best as it would have been preferable to just have had one bed rather than two, a tad hard bed too! But manageable.

It was a wonderful stay at the Red Ginger Chic Resort! The entire Red Ginger team did an excellent job. Liver at the reception welcomed us very warmly, and we felt comfortable from the very beginning. Tang and Pena provided excellent service during our checkout.

Extra smoking area, no smoking on the terrace or the balcony
