La Vita è Bella - Puglia Mia Apartments

The apartment is very cozy and definitely has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located near the historical center, with the city beach and the excellent for swimming beach porto rosso Within walking distance you can easily find any store with great Italian food.

Simone, was great and rescheduled our arrival as asked, gaved us tips about how to get around and where to eat. The appartment is well refurbished. By night it is quite calm and the balcony is great. The location is amazing to visit Monopoli by foot. Easy parking, free only on white lines, blue lines you pay during the day.

There's no dishwasher tho, there's a lot of garbage days reccomendations but Simone helped navigate that daily. There's a bit of traffic and mornings can be noisy, also if you open the bedroom window in the moorning you can smell the polluted air. The shower has no pressure and gets cold and warm.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The beds are comfortable and large. The location is excellent, as the apartment is very close to the center. Simone, who welcomed us, is very kind and nice, and he helped us choose restaurants and bars around the city. For any questions you have, you can reach out to him, and he will gladly help in any way he can. I highly recommend this accommodation, and I would be very happy to return here the next time I come to Monopoli! :)

Everything is good

Very atmospheric, clean and comfortable apartment. Perfect location, close to the beach, the old port and the historic part of Monopoli, local cafes with delicious coffee and local sweets. We love it :)

This is a nice, big, clean apartment. The 2 large bedrooms have plenty storage, nice comfortable beds and 1 has a large balcony. There is a good size living area with tv and it’s own small balcony. There’s a well kitted out kitchen with separate dining area and a good sized bathroom. The location is a 5-10 minute walk from the main centre and the beaches but there are also plenty restaurants and cafés nearby. Communication and information from the host was very good.

The only thing letting this property down is that there is only 1 air conditioning unit, which is in the living area, meaning the rest of the apartment can get uncomfortably hot. Even leaving the bedroom doors open at night with the air conditioning on didn’t help keep us cool enough for a comfortable sleep. Obviously this is only a problem in the hotter months but if the bedrooms had their own air conditioning, we’d have rated the property as a 9 out of 10.
