Big house and in pretty new condition. If it was snow season, the view of mountains would have been awesome. Host was super responsive and helpful

The price felt reasonable for the size, but the overall experience was disappointing. The cleanliness was poor and we had to clean before using the space. Some facilities were unusable, and dishwasher detergent was not provided. The most uncomfortable issue was a large religious-themed wallpaper covering an entire wall near the entrance, which was not mentioned or shown in the listing photos. Had we been aware of this beforehand, we would not have made the booking. This should be clearly disclosed so guests can consider it before booking.

Sadly the property did not live up to the expectations of it's advertising. Luxury it was not. The property needs maintenance - outdoor furniture had holes in it, very old tables lying around outside, gardens in need of work. Inside curtains were falling off rails or roman blinds would not draw up (blocking one of the few rooms where you did have a view of the mountains). 3 coat hangers in one of the wardrobes, and a lounge that had very limited furniture in it and one of the armchairs had peeling tape on it to cover up a rip. No coffee maker and the photos don't show how close you are to neighbours (the views are more fence than they are mountains). The house was on a street with lots of cars parked in the roadside and very close neighbours. It just didn't live up to the photos and was disappointing given we were there for a special celebration. Oh and the fireplace is a basic gas one, something I think should have been clearer in the listing.

Staff were great. Basic but clean.
