Apartman L, SELF CHECK IN, FREE PARKING

Nothing to highlight. Very serious and unacceptable experience. The property was advertised as self check-in, however upon arrival I was received in a hostile and aggressive manner. I was told that the police would be called if I caused any problems, even though I had done absolutely nothing wrong. I was falsely accused of having stayed at the property before, which is not true, and I was subjected to extremely offensive and inappropriate insinuations. The situation was humiliating and made me feel completely unsafe. I requested a cancellation due to the seriousness of the situation, however the host refused to accept a free cancellation and informed me that if I cancelled, I would have to pay the full amount of the stay. Even under these circumstances, she refused to issue a refund of the amount I had paid. Due to this treatment, I had to book another accommodation urgently. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I was treated with the greatest disrespect by the owner, the neighbor kept knocking on the door, I was discriminated against, finally I left the apartment on the same day I entered and lost all the amount I had paid because she did not return my money, I do not recommend this apartment to anyone

Apartman je čist, uredan i ugodan, a self check-in je bio brz i jednostavan. Mirna lokacija i odlična komunikacija s domaćinom. Preporuka!
