Castle L5 Oceanview Double-loft with pool, beach access, tennis, free parking!

We loved the Location, we love the size of the apartment that we stayed at, we love the beach access, and the pool was really nice as well. I love that they had stores downstairs to buy things if we needed them.

Hotel staff is horrible, vallet took us an hour to be able to even get in, no one was helpful in the slightest, there was no accessibility for people with strollers or wheelchairs so we had to keep going up and down flights of stairs. Elevators were jampacked and we would wait for 20 minutes in order to get up or down for one floor. when I tried to check in I had my family wait in the line for valet and I went inside and was not told after waiting 30 minutes in the check-in line that I needed every adult ID present and with me to be able to check in and they would not let me come back to the front of the line I had to make the whole line all over again, so that was a nightmare.. Security was very pushy the pool and everything downstairs would close at seven even though it was still daytime. We had big windows in order to have a great view, but unfortunately, the windows were all caked in white stuff on the outside, so we couldn’t really get a good view. Other than that, the hotel room itself was really nice and the pool and beach was very nice.
