The cabin was warm and well-equipped. It packed an amazing amount into a small space. The owner allowed us to charge our EV from the outside power point.

The cabin is compact and passages and spaces are narrow. With 4 adults using the space it felt a bit cramped. This wouldn't be such a problem in fine weather as there is a deck with tables and chairs. Given how wet the weather was, we would have welcomed a paved area to park on. It was a challenge to keep our shoes and belongings out of the puddles and mud.

This was a lovely space to spend a weekend catching up with two school friends. Even on a cold November weekend it was warm and cozy. We had a lovely walk to see the lake at sunset, and spent the evening drinking wine and eating together. Beds were really comfortable, two bathrooms! I was surprised how much could be fitted in. Spotlessly clean and still homely. It was a lovely space.

We were hampered in driving away by a very bold flock of geese blocking the road :-)
