"The worst situation for 15 years of travel"

I was inside apartment just 2-3 minutes to put the luggage, I can say nothing.

I don't want to spoil the reputation of this accommodation, but the attitude of the host Hong is terrible. I will explain why. On the day of my arrival, at 8-9 o'clock in the morning, he wrote to me that there are problems with electricity in the apartment, the air conditioner, washing machine, and refrigerator are not working. And he suggested me to write to service center and find another accommodation. I told him that I am at train, and maybe before my arrival, everything will be ok? And I asked what about refund . He answered me The rest of the house works properly, there is wifi, hot water and there are two fans; if you decide to change accommodation, contact the Booking service centre and ask them. I wrote booking. I told Hong that I did it, , so I am not sure they do refunds so quickly. Than he send me voice message an Italian, and I said I don’t understand Italian. He wrote me “Sorry for mistake, you can come in apartment to leave the luggage, staff come around 12:30 to cleaning”. I asked every thing is ok already, he answered that another things working at home etc. I hoped the fans help me, I decided don’t change accommodation and will stay there. Mr Hong send me the information that I asked about city, gave me 2 coupons for breakfast (for uncomfortable situation) etc. Near 11-11:30 a clock I put my luggage and go out (check in more later, so i think apartment was ready). Near 13 a clock I reserved a message from Hong “You asked refund, please leave apartment”. I remember him that I wrote booking (haw he recommended me) in the morning and tell him about it. I don’t know why, he received that message in some hours and maybe was thinking I did it after putting the luggage. He wrote me again “leave please”. It was raining on the street, and I was forced to return to the apartment and take my luggage and leave, because Hong blocks me, no answer my call and messages. This one was a most terrible that he did.
