The room was spacious and the hotel was easy to get in and out of.

We had issues with the toilet not flushing each night we were there. We informed the front desk each time and on one occasion, we were told there was no one there to deal with it. So I ended up coming down to the front desk and borrowed the plunger they use in the office to bring upstairs to my room to unclog the toilet. Note: the toilet had this issue upon arrival. I had to pee from a long road trip and immediately when I flushed, the water rose very high and took several minutes to receed. This was a headache, especially with little children and having to go number 2. Additionally, the room was not cleaned once during our stay Friday night- Monday morning. I specifically requested a cleaning on Sunday and we were out of the room all day from early in the morning. When we returned late Sunday night, nothing was cleaned. The towels were removed and nothing else wa done. Trash was left full, bed unmade, and floor with crumbs. I believe the towels were only removed because they were on the floor when someone came up to inspect the toilet. Unfortunately, if it wasn't for the well mannered employees, this would be a one star stay.

The food stations were constantly cleani and replenish with food. The pool area had clean towels tables bathroom clean and chairs in order.

The rooms were very spacious and clean , the bed was so comfortable o got the best sleep I’ve had in a while . Also the front desk associate ALICIA was very informative and friendly she is awesome!

The floor of the elevators were wet with puddles of water because of people getting on from coming out of the pool. No turkey alternatives to pork bacon or sausage at breakfast

The hotel has large room size, clean toilet and kitchen wares.

The location, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast bar is top-notch.

The heater in the room was blowing more cold air than heat even though it was set on heat mode.
