The hotel was very very clean, no mold anywhere. The rooms were spacious and very very noise reducing. Couldn’t hear any other tenants through the wall or hallway. The beds were super comfortable even including the couch fold out where you usually feel the bar…nope not this was it was comfortable! The room has a full size fridge and dishwasher as we as many plates and utensils provided. The staff were kind and the breakfast was always full of food and wide range of choices. Definitely will be staying again.

There was nothing we didn’t like

The room was not clean. Very bad Pet smell in the carpets. There was a leak in the bathroom which was fixed but they left the water damage sign with bad paint. I spent 3 nights at the facility. I requested for the room to be cleaned and the badsheet changed, but they failed to change it despite that fact that I specifically made the request at the front desk myself, not with intercom. I lodged the complain when I got back to my room at night, nothing was done. The next morning when I was checking out. The lady said the manager will reach out to me on Monday but they never did. It's Tuesday already and no words from tje management. Bad management.
