Duplex T3 Tuscany Vue Mer à St François

Nous sommes très heureux de cette première expérience en Guadeloupe. L’appartement est vraiment très agréable et la petite résidence très calme et sécurisée. Nous avons été accueilli par Valérie et Jean qui sont super sympas et nous avons apprécié les petites marques d’attention des propriétaires à notre arrivée. L’appartement est Top, Saint François est une belle station balnéaire. Bref, un excellent endroit pour une excellente semaine !

Les concierges Piscine Espace de vie

L’appartement est spacieux et très agréable. Il ne manque de rien.

It was a big appartment with two levels above another appartment on the ground floor. It had enough of all you could need, i.e. appliances, dishes, cutlery, etc. and all was in good condition and working order. The appartment's size and features also makes it easy to stay inside when it rains or if you have hot days - we had both situations The bedrooms were great, especially if you travel with kids because they can use the bigger one with two large beds on the upper floor under the roof. We also loved the dedroom and balcony on the lower level, both have nice seaviews and you can see the islands Marie-Galante and Les Saintes in the distance (if weather permits, which was the case on all three days we were there - when it cleared after the rain we could even see the silhoutte of Dominica on the horizon beyond Marie-Galante). The pool was also nice, big and clean - it is shared by a several appartments but we always had it for ourselves as we could easily take turns with the other residents. The pool is large enough for some swimming but not too deep, thus older kids can stand and the pool can be seen from the balcony. The nearest beach in Saint-Francois can easily and quickly be reached by car (walking would also be possible but the sun can burn down), the same is true for a number of of well-stocked supermarkets (including some big French chains). We used the appartment as a base for sightseeing of all key spots on Grande-Terre, where distances and travel time always left enough time to enjoy the apartment and the pool each day. The caretakers of the rental apprtment, Valerie and Jean, are also great. They contacted us in advance, met us in person when we arrived and when we left. They were very nice and friendly, both gave us good advice on a number of topics and we could easily communicate in English because our French was unfortunately limited. All in all, it was a perfect start for your first vacation on Guadeloupe.

The only thing we did not like, was that we had to leave because we would have liked to stay longer. However, it was our first trip to Guadeloupe and distances for sightseeing on Basse-Terre suggested another apartment on the western end of Guadeloupe (which was also a good choice for us).
