Matteo was a great online host - attentive with messaging. The apartment was in a good location and within easy walking distance to everywhere we wished to visit.

The balcony wasn't a usable space which was a pity as I had been looking for an apartment with a balcony. It was very small and had a mop bucket and step ladders on it and no room at all for any furniture. We couldn't sit out there at all.

Excellent host, cosy, comfortable, very clean, modern, and safe. Conveniently located near tram and bus stops, with the train station just 20 minutes on foot or a short bus ride away. A supermarket is right across the street, and the main city attractions are just a short walk away—surrounded by beautiful architecture, shops, a daily farmers’ market, and museums. Excellent accommodation in the oldest town in the Veneto region, boasting 3,000 years of history and home to the fifth-oldest university in the world.

Excellent location, easy to get into the appartment, cosy and modern appartment, calm and quiet, good price.

Honestly, minor things only. The iron/steamer is a little broken; and a few complementary coffee pods to go with the coffee machine would have been nice. But this was a great flat and good value for money

The apartment exceeded expectations. It was clean, cozy and quiet. There are shops nearby. It is an ideal place to relax. Matteo is a very attentive and caring host.

Excellent location! Restaurants everywhere as soon as you get out of the building. A small grocery store is right across the building for convenience. Walking distance to pick up sites for tours. The unit itself was very quaint and just right for 2 people. You have everything you need… even an umbrella in case it rains (which is what happened when we were in Padua). The unit looked like it was recently updated. Mateo, our host was quick to respond whenever we contact him for an issue. Highly recommend this place.

Well located apartment in Padua. In a nice pedestrian street, with many bars and cafes around. Several hundred meters from the center, and main piazzes. The apartment is in the first floor, three separate rooms including bathroom. Bathroom is fine, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. Good friendly communication.

NOt many quibbles. No ascensore but it is only one floor to climb. Communication is nice. Maybe a bit "too much" since we got message from Whattsapp and booking emails, and at the end did not remember where the info was. But in the end evereything went smoothly. So what else.

A really pleasant, even comfortable place. A clean, nicely decorated room, elegant bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is ideal: right on the pedestrian street in the center, but facing the courtyard, so there's no street noise at all. Everything is convenient and contactless, but there is someone to talk to if needed. The owner answers calls and speaks English. I highly, highly recommend it, and I will definitely stay here again.
