"Heizung trotz expliziter Zusage defekt - im Winter nicht bewohnbar"

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten. Gute Ausstattung, sauberer Zustand, recht bequeme Betten.

Vorgeschichte: In früheren Bewertungen wurde defekte Heizung erwähnt. Auf meine explizite Nachfrage versicherte der Host, sie sei repariert - nur deshalb reisten wir an. Vor Ort: Heizung funktionierte in Wohn- und Schlafräumen überhaupt nicht. Bei kalten Außentemperaturen, undichten Fenstern und ab Tag 2 nur noch lauwarmem Wasser war die Situation unzumutbar. Sicherheitsmängel: Haustür defekt und dauerhaft offen, Wohnungstür ohne Einschnapp-Mechanismus (nicht kommuniziert). Parkplätze durchgehend belegt. Nach Reklamation versprach der Host Klärung, dann 2 Wochen Funkstille. Erst dann Situation bei Booking reklamiert. Gegenüber Booking lehnte er jede Kompensation ab. Booking erstattete heute aus Kulanz, obwohl rechtlich nicht verpflichtet - großes Lob für diese professionelle Handhabung von Booking, die zeigt, wie eklatant die Mängel waren.

"Schöne Wohnung für Reisen mit Freundinnen"

Gemütlich, modern und gut ausgestattet. Alle Geräte auf dem neuesten Stand. Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

In einem Zimmer fehlt die Tür zum Bad, beim Betreten des Zimmers schaut man direkt auf das WC! Ebenso schaut man vom Balkon direkt auf das WC durch die Balkontür, Plissee sollte angebracht werden! Keine Privatsphäre…
