B144 Apartment I FreeParking

Perfect equipment in a spacious apartment. Very clean. Location is very good for rest and close to many public transport which connects you to the downtown in 15 to 20 minutes. Big balcony. Safe parking lot in a garage. We like it and we will be back there again. Thanks to manager Eva who responded very fast and on proper way. Thanks a lot.

Very convenient location. Easy to get the keys from the lock box and instructions were very clear. Balcony was larger than expected. Overall very satisfied.

Washing machine leaked. Not enough dishes (after one meal, we had to run an almost empty dishwasher) and not enough eating utensils (only one small spoon). No broom or dust pan. No extra trash bags. Also, too many fake flower pots took up space.

The apartment is new, modern and clean, absolutely perfect. It has it’s own parking spot in underground garage which is great if you come by car. Public transport is within 2 min walking distance.

Location is okay, however it is good to buy tickets in the city centre as there is no place to buy them near the flat. Great coffee 2min from the flat in Oberon cafe. Flat is quiet and sunny. Parking is fun with the lift for the car. :)

There are a lot of smart home devices in the house, not everyone likes it. The devices are lighted at night. We lacked some utensils, like forks or a simple broom to wipe the floors, but it is really a minor thing. :)
