Villa Holmen 2 - Ground floor apartment

Good location. Simple apartment, but comfortable.

We had to make our beds ourselves

We liked the accommodations, everyone in the party commented on how nice everything was for us. We also enjoyed the location and how close it was to both the ferry landing and the places we visited.

It was cute and cozy and had everything we needed! It was an excellent location just a few minutes away from the ferry. We wish we'd had more time there!

I can't think of a single thing that we didn't like

A spacious and comfortable ground floor apartment. Very clean and extremely well equipped. Excellent location, close to the port, shops and restaurants. Beautiful scenery all around. What bliss to sit in front of your apartment in the evening sunshine.

Location was great. The apartment was simple, clean and comfortable.

We were staying two nights. There was sufficient coffee left to make one cup using the drip filter. It would have been good to have more coffee available especially as we arrived too late to buy anything from the stores. We had to wait until after 0800 to buy breakfast goods. We understood that breakfast was not provided but we wish we had known that there are not cafes open in the morning and that we need to bring breakfast with us. In short, we would happily return to stay here but we did not know about the limitations of the village. Perhaps sone cereal could be provided.

You have everything you need. Little kitchen with basic tools to cook as well as basic condiments. Comfy living room with table and chairs. Option to use the washing machine if needed. Communication with host great!

Way too expensive for what you get. We did a 3 weeks trip in Norway and this was by far the most expensive stay that doesn’t really go along with the options available. Off season so not much available. A range of 70/80 would have been more adequate.

location! we were able to do laundry also, which was critical! Kitchen had everything, even though we didn't use but coffee cups. and wonderful shower!

Access was easy and the place was very comfortable.
