Luxury Beach Condo 5-star, Rooftop pool

We stayed for one night in clean and spacious rooms. The penthouse is directly across from the beach and close to the city center, making it very convenient for transportation. Thank you to the host for providing excellent services. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

The elevator was a bit slow, and the air conditioning was a little too cold for my liking.

There no safety box in the room. Did not provide cooking pan or pot. No daily housekeeping. Only when requested. Sauna, gym is chargeable and it’s not stated during reservations.

Property is run down

I recently stayed at what I can confidently say is the best hotel I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The bed was by far the comfiest I’ve ever slept on—luxuriously soft but supportive, ensuring a perfect night’s rest. The room itself was incredibly spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything was spotless, with attention to detail clearly evident in every corner of the room. The hotel’s location was also ideal, situated in a prime area with easy access to local attractions, dining, and transport. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Everything was fine

The room itself was very nice and spacious, they were clean and very well presented. The accommodation is located right across from a walking track to the beach.

There were few issues amongst our stay here, overall, I wouldn't return considering the experience and alternatives for better value. Check-in: We were guided upstairs and shown around the apartment by someone who didn't actually work at the hotel, now realising part of the building are private apartments. After this were told that we must pay for the room outside of booking.com right there on the spot in order to actually stay in the room. Having just touched down in the country and believed that all of this was already sorted through booking.com, I was very taken back by this. We were then informed that if we wanted to pay via credit card an additional 3% would be added. This is despite reserving the room on booking.com via the exact same payment method proposed at the time of reservation. They said they would waive the 3% if we paid cash instead, which was ridiculous as who would be carrying almost 15 million VND the second they left the airport. Almost all ATM's have a max withdrawal of 3 million VND which makes this even more ridiculous. After 15 minutes of back and forth we were made to scan a QR code and pay via a third-party online website, were the additional 3% was finally waved. The icing on the cake was they then refused to accept the credit card initially put down for the room on booking.com and had to use alternative cards at higher fees to ourselves. Facilities/Gym: despite the add boasting about fitness classes and the gym, this is not included in your stay, and you must pay each day at the front desk, I would have thought a "five star" beach condo would have had this included. Cleaning: because this is a private apartment this meant that it wasn't serviced by the hotel cleaning staff. This is okay if you are only staying a short time but we were there for almost a week

Comfortable rooms equipped with air-conditioning. Good location very close to the beach. The rooftop pool was very nice and relaxing. Comfortable beds, two toilets and two showers, washing machine and dryer for clothes. Very communicative host Mia, who was helpful. Nice restaurants and coffees around the block. Especially Ann's house, cafe at the corner or banh mi front the remote stand at the corner.

Only one comment. It would be good to have a dryer for swimming clothes on the balcony. Mąkę sure you keep the Airco on as the appartment gets easily humid - the master bedroom wirh the joined in bathroom.

Good location- 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach and grocery shop/ Good facility - efficient washing machine and dryer, and rooftop pool

The waiting time for elevator. It would take so long to get in at a peak time.

The location was great.

The apartment had a very strong smell as if it was mold in the apartment.
