AUI stayed here in May 2026 and the next day had over 75 bed bug bites across my arms, chest, face and back. The infestation was severe enough that this cannot have been unknown to management - this level of biting indicates a well-established problem in the mattress. I was left unable to sleep and in significant discomfort for days, resulting in missed activities on my holiday. I emailed the staff letting them know this occurred but did not hear back. No traveller should have to experience this. Avoid until they can demonstrate the rooms have been properly treated.
PTPTGostei das comodidades, conforto, limpeza, simpatia, localização, o facto de terem café na entrada. Sugiro que acrescentem um microondas por andar, na zona da máquina de café e alguns talheres numa gaveta 😊

ESLa ubicación y habitación amplia
No tenía baño privado y en la descripción cuando hacías la reserva no lo ponía. Lo pone en inglés dentro de la ficha pero en la descripción de la habitación parece que lo incluye. No hay espejo en la habitación detalle a tener en cuenta ya que no hay baño. Puerta de la habitación con cortina deja entrar la luz cuando llega alguien de noche Una de las persianas no bajaba del todo.
