Great location and a big space, very clean

Lekker ruim en prima uitgeruste keuken. Ook de wasmachine was heel fijn.

Het linkerraam had een rolgordijn dat niet meer vast bleef zitten dus met wat knutselwerk opgelost. Het raam aan de voorkant zat helemaal los: scharnier erafgebroken.

You can find many places affordable to eat, a big supermarket close by, the apartament was clean and cozy.

Oh, I don't even know where to start.... the apartament needs to be better taken care of, the shower needs to be fixed, one window in the bedroom also, they should change the power outlets and light swithces, they look like they are 100 years old. My rate for this is so low, because of theyr rules. The most crazy rules would be, they offer a phone number, but if you call that phone number just to ask how exactley to get to the location or you have a problem getting into the location, they ask you to pay them like 30 euro or more. Just because you bothered them or something. We were 2 people. We only had 2 towels, when normally should be 4.... they do have extra towels, but if you need just one more towel, you need to contact them before, then you have to pay a "tax" of 25 euro to get an extra towel, when if you go to the store you buy a brand new towel for 5 euro and you keep it after that. That's crazy. After they confirmed our reservation when it was allready too late for anything like cancel or modify the reservation, only after that I got a hudge list of rules and fines for breaking those rules, some of which were trully insane. Like you could ask them to make you're bed before you check in (which they should do anyway), then you have to pay for that. If you leave dirty dishes or you didn't make you're bed when you checked out, again more and more fines. High fines. Things that you should be able to see before you make the reservation. If I saw those rules before hand, I would have never accepted that. I would have went anywhere else. We traveled round the world, from Cuba, to Australia.... I have seen many crazy things on the places I stayed in, but this tops all of them. Never again. Wouldn't recomand it to anyone. It's like you're staying on hot cole, stressing yourself about absolutely anything because you know that for anything you may need to pay some huge fines. Never again.

The apartment is very clean and the location excellent. Everything was explained well and in good time. The kitchen appliances are good and clean and work well. It is quite comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay.

The bedding is poor and old. The pillowcases don't fit the pillows neither do the duvet cases. It all looks a bit sad. I also think that £23 for late check out is maybe a little steep.The shower is a little rickety but ok.
