GBLocation was good. Beds clean and comfortable. Room sizes great. Price was fair. Overall would stay again.
Some information in the property would be useful. Where the nearest amenities are for example. Maybe a trusted taxi number etc. I know you can google these things but some older people aren't au fait with this. Also clean overall but little things were missed like the skirting boards were dusty.
GBSpacious house, clean, modern, no issues. There is plenty of sitting in living and dining. Outdoor picnic bench. The kitchen had cleaning products and dishwasher tablets. Enough cups and plates. Some pots and pans were extra large for 30+ people, not sure why, some decent size. Beds were comfortable in all rooms. Most important is that fans were provided in all rooms.
No kitchen paper towel or dish cloth or microfiber to wipe the surface, it would be useful. Also, we had to go and buy salt and pepper. We expected such basics in self-catering.

One of the neighbours must be a personal trainer from home and plays music very very load for a couple of hour periods during the day, no fault of the property managers
IRWe were 11 friends who live in different cities, so we like to spend a weekend together and have quality time. This house met all our requirements: plenty of space, a big garden, very comfortable beds, and a clean house with all facilities.

GBLiked the size and modern style of property and also the value for money. There was a CoOp five minute walk away, as well as a pub, pharmacy, Spar, Premier food shop and Subway. House had comfortable beds and sofas, dining table and good sized kitchen. Owners were responsive and access was easy, directions were perfect. Wi-Fi also available, and a good sized parking area. Dishwasher was useful and it was well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Decor was simple and functional, yet comfortable and clean.
It sleeps 14 apparently but didn’t have fourteen seats around the dining table or armchairs for 14. Description states 4 bathrooms but it actually has two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with shower and bath), and two rooms with toilet and basin.
