Good environment. Easy to find. Very convenient location. Attractive swimming pool night view.

Confusing car park location. Can be stayed up to 7pax but only 1 bathroom. Lousy customer service ever experienced. Promised to provide instructions and check-in at 2:45pm but delayed until 3:55pm. One hour of waiting in the carpark. The floor still wet when first check-in the room.

Nothing, whole house no maintenance at all. Owner should do maintenance before rent out.

Imagine when group of over 5 person comes but toilet only have one, its a big problem.

The location is fantastic! Throughout our entire stay, we didn’t need a car to get anywhere for meals—everything was within walking distance. It’s an ideal spot for a family vacation, with a beautiful area perfect for exploring and capturing Instagram-worthy photos. And I have to mention the water pressure—it was amazing! It’s honestly one of the few things I genuinely missed when I got back home. Last but not least. The pool was amazing. My kids really enjoy it.

Host engagement was minimal, with nearly all communication limited to the cleaning staff. There was a lack of two-way interaction; only essential information was provided, and our inquiries went unanswered. Additionally, the house did not meet expectations based on the photos provided. Basic necessities were lacking, particularly in terms of cleaning supplies—there was a broom but no dustpan, no cloths for wiping spills, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, and no physical TV remote. My spouse and I spent almost an hour attempting to download a TV remote app, as per the host (cleaner’s) instructions.

The house is dusty. The fan not been cleaned for some period. Single bed couch bad smell. Like urine smell. Wardrobe broken and the toilet door got water damage.
