Location to the beach

When booking, the description did not clearly state that this is SHARED accommodation

Loved the facade of the building as well as its closeness to the beach. A mere 5 minute walking distance.

The smell coming from the bathroom. Despite window always being kept open, ventilation was not enough.

Quiet place, easy accessible with locking-code

Room space, bathroom outside of the room, kitchen & living area as a common space with all the rooms, personnel approach. After we left, the owner accused us of destroying some property goods without us having done so.

We loved staying in this villa! It was so spacious, clean and beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a trail right next to the house that leads straight to the ocean and lungomare and a store just across the street, as well as a bus stop. The bus comes constantly and you can buy tickets on the TUA app. I recommend taking transit into town as it’s about a 30-40 minute walk. We always felt very comfortable here and our host was so helpful with everything we needed.

Clean, peaceful apartment (only 3 guestroom), near beach, busstop very near (to city and bus/trainstadion), nice common kitchen/livingroom. Easy to make breakfast and food.

Busy street under window, linen and towels for guests were washed in machine 14 minutes (20 degree water) by the staff. Mosquitos (october). Many restaurants near were closed.

Relatively easy access to the beach. Beds were ok. Sleeping rooms were clean

In hindsight the shared location was not optimal. While we did not notice that the others were there, the bathroom was used. The other unit with included bathroom was what we all used

The villa is wonderful. Super refurbished. Rooms clean, everything provided: fresh towels, bath cosmetics. We had a "Mare" room with a private bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen - everything you need for short and long rest. The kitchen is for all residents of the villa. You can meet cool Italians. Even though we speak very basic Italian and they don't speak any English, it was fun. You can always get along with gestures :) Beautiful small garden (ex. there is kumquat tree inside. If you cook, you can find some herbs :)) and pleace for one car. Silvana, the owner, is very friendly and helpful! Great contact, everything arranged "on-line". I regret that there was no opportunity to meet in person, because we were only one night on the way to Contrada Santa Teresa. If Poglia is in the plans next year, we will of course repeat the visit :) 10/10 - I recommend it!

Clean, comfortable place to stay. Very well equipped, there are such things as hair dryier, washing machine, iron, and a very good kitchen with everything you need. The owner is a very nice woman, super friendly and easy to communicate. The beach is just 5 Minutes walking. It's a great place, we enjoied our stay!

There was a problem with hot water, but it was solved in a couple of days. Thr sound proof is not the best, as our neighbours complained that we were disturbing them - though we did nothing, just went to a bathroom in the night. But these are minor things, overall everything was great!
