We love having a 2-BR suite for a family of 5.

PLEASE PROVIDE LABELED GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS FOR BREAKFAST. Also, the breakfast staff clearly did not understand what gluten free meant. They insisted that I could not have regular milk and tried to give me oat milk, and they said the only gluten free thing they had was oat milk…. Maybe they thought gluten free meant dairy free? Gluten free means NO WHEAT OR BARLEY. They had yogurt out that was marked gluten free when you looked at the label.

"Loved the hotel and accommodations but wish the staff was better and knowledgeable."

Loved the location, it was centrally located to the events we were attending! The facility was very, nice and clean. We were very comfortable in our room.

The staff was not very knowledgeable.. We were told at check-in that breakfast was from 7-11. When we arrived downstairs to eat we were told breakfast stopped at 10am. We were rightfully upset because that’s one reason we booked this facility. Two we were told (again) at check-in that check out was at Noon but we had the cleaning crew walk into our room at 9am, that’s unacceptable.
