The location of the property is very close (walking distance) to the restaurants and the shops in Predeal. Another benefit of the location is its proximity to Brasov city. You are basically half an hour of downtown Brasov. For us this was great since we went to the city's Blues and Jazz Festival and visited the local museums and the historical buildings. If you are in a shopping mood, the ride by car to one of the biggest malls in Brasov takes you about the same time. Just to emphasize even more the position advantage, we took day trips to Sighisoara, Fagaras, Viscri, Harman, Feldioara and Prejmer to visit the fortified churches and the fortresses from the middle ages and, of course, the property of King Charles the 3rd of the UK (in Viscri). Now, the hosts are admirable. They are always available through both texting and phone and they answer immediately to any question you might have. We stayed for two weeks and they were ready to send the cleaning team to change the towels, the beddings and clean the house. We did not need them but the offer was appreciated. They also wanted to send someone to take the garbage bins out for us. Again we dealt with that ourselves. In sum, they are more than willing to pamper your stay if you are really in a lazy disposition and your ecological conscience is at sleep. Now, the property is absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms are exceedingly spacious and the living room as well. The kitchen has all the appliances one needs. Outside there is a large backyard with a gazebo, where you could relax and enjoy the panorama of the mountains. We thoroughly took advantage of that. There is also a covered parking spot which, if you travel during the winter, that might be of great advantage. We highly recommend this property and, if we will have the chance again, we will definitely stay there.

Casa f frumos amenajata cu camere spatioase, bucataria f bine echipata, inclusiv condimente. Peste tot sunt obiecte si detalii care te fac sa te simti ca acasa: plusuri, jocuri, decoratiuni, carti. Iar curtea cu foisor este minunata, acolo a fost locul nostru de luat masa si de relaxare in fiecare zi 🙂

It truly felt like home for us and even a bit better! We were looking for a cozy, welcoming place to reunite as a family after some time apart, and this spot was exactly what we needed. The house had everything: a beautiful garden where the kids could play, super clean rooms, a fully equipped kitchen that made meals easy, and a welcoming green terrace, perfect for long chats and laughs around the barbeque or family table. What really made it special was having separate rooms for everyone, but still being under one roof. That meant privacy and a place where we could enjoy every meal and family moment all together, which is hard to find. If you’re planning a family gathering or reunion, this place is a must book. We made some wonderful memories here, and we’ll definitely be back! Worth mentioning: easy self check in and check out process, easy to find address, close proximity to restaurants and transportation, quiet and relaxing place, green terrace and bbq place, suited for big families or even multiple families, clean and well equiped kitchen, welcoming and friendly host.
