White Residence - Art & Boutique Villas

I liked the villa, location and the staff were helpful. Stayed here multiple times and never had any problems.

The water pressure in the bathroom was not really good. I couldn't enjoy my shower. Also the walls in the bedroom (which is upstairs) are not really soundproof cause i could hear what the neighbor next to my building was doing. But overall the place was really nice 👌

Вилла новая, чистая, без плесени и насекомых. Бассейн чистый, вода тёплая. Тихо, находится не на оживленной улице (проверяйте перед бронированием, устраивает ли вас местоположение, мы брали в аренду скутер, поэтому для нас это не было проблемой). Персонал приветливый, всегда на связи по ватсап. Рекомендую, стоит своих денег.

Единственная проблема - это известковый налёт, особенно заметный на чёрной сантехнике, но, думаю, это из-за жёсткости воды, а не по вине персонала.

Location only bad thing was far frm everhthing but if you have a scooter its fine. Shower was small beeds walls to stop water flooding bathroom otherwise its perfect

The stay went well. The place is calm and peaceful, except for the rooster crowing in the morning. The apartment is clean, tidy, and modern.

However, the pool is visible to the neighbors, which is an issue for someone who wears the hijab, so we didn’t use it. Also, several windows (especially in the living room and upstairs) don’t have curtains or blinds, which limits privacy and allows neighbors to see inside. If you’re not bothered by being seen, it won’t be a problem, but for those who value privacy, it’s something to keep in mind.

Staff were really helpful, kind and professional. The place was so clean and beautifully presented. Its got all the amenities you need, including filtered water.
