House Havana 6 Bedroom Villa, Camps Bay

We travelled with 8 persons, enough space for all, no problem. The fantastic view on the Camps Bay side. The house was clean inside but also old and used

The house looks old and unfinished, especially on the outside (missing alarm system, unfinished electrical installation on the stairs, rubble on the sides and front of the house, unfinished facade, brittle artificial turf, garage more like a construction shed) It is definitely not worth the very high price, you expect a different standard in Camps Bay

The property was so spacious and in close proximity to shopping areas and a beach, even though we had our own private pool.

There were spiders and roaches coming from the beds. The water drainage in the shower was horrible and caused a build up when showering.

The house was very big and comfortable

1 bedroom with a sea view does not a cupboards for clothes. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a seaview are sharing one toilet and there were not enough towels 4 four people and toilet two toilet papers are not enough for 4 days for 4 four people

The house is not pleasing at all , I’ll rate it a 1/10 ! There is a place in the kitchen where they just threw all the dishes in , the other fridge smells , pots look old , there’s a room when you walk in that has I suppose the owners items that have been squeezed in there , the house outside looks very old , garage looks scary , the house is almost empty doesn’t feel like a home , lights in some rooms don’t work , I can go on and on …

Absolute theft the beds are the cheapest hardest spring mattresses I have ever slept on , the house had no heating as the aircons was not working , there was no gas for the heaters or gas braai , the pics and what u get when u at the property is a total scam I honestly honestly wouldn’t recommend this place for the price I paid R39 000 for 3 nights and in all honesty I stayed in way better places for R3000 a night compared to this R13 000 a night this is a absolute scam
