Stan je u novoizgradjenom bloku sa parking mestom ispred ulaza.Veoma cisto,udobno.Kuhinja poseduje sve potrebno i za duzi boravak,cak i kafe aparat.Vlasnik se vrlo profesionalno odnosi prema obavezama.

Malo se osećao miris duvana u dnevnom boravku,jer su prethodni gosti pravili proslavu u stanu,pri tom izvalisi radijator.Vlasnik je na vreme uspeo da otkloni problem a za svaki slucaj imao je i rezervnu opciju za smestaj.

Apartament foarte curat, gazda foarte primitoare si atenta, iar expresorul de cafea face toti banii. Recomand apartamentul are tot ce ai nevoie

First thing the owner what great and very helpful. Communication was clear And time and always available. Which is super important. The place is very comfortable. You have anything you need and they thought about anything. Kitchen has good coffee machine.Fridge (not mini bar) stove. Oven. Microwave. Cattle. All you need. Shower with bath. Very well lighted which is important. Warm and nice when its cold outside. Its in the south area of Bucharest. About 25 minutes driving from the city centre. You have giant supermarket and jumbo 2 minutes away which is great! Parking very comfortable.

Both of the items below didn't disturb me. But yiu should be aware. 1. Its not next to city centre. If you need to be daily at the centre. That's mean driving in heavy traffic fir about 25 minutes each direction . I didn't want to be in the centre so that was great for me. 2. It's a lower floor. Basically the windows are in ground level height. For example. The cars parking lights are directly to your kitchen. I kept the shades drawn so i didn't care.
