At first glance, the property was good. My partner and I were in and out for 4 days. It was good to shower and sleep.

On the first day when setting up, we noticed the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. It’s slow. We informed the housekeeper, which he said he would come by the next day. We contacted him again, and he said he would come by the next day after that. Eventually my partner and I got sick of it and used our Mobile Data to sync up to the TV. Whe we first got there, the shower was boiling hot and was quickly fixed. There was other peoples stuff still in the cabinets, and the cutlery was rusted and dirty, alongside the pans. My partner and I cleaned the rust of the knives but we couldn’t get the rust of the cutlery. The heater wasn’t as good as we thought but it was nothing too bad. The bed sheets were dirty when we got there, and there was rubbish under the bed which did not belong to us. My partner and I stayed for 5 days. From day 1-4, we were in and out of the properly and only slept, showered and ate there. We weren’t very present. However during the time we were there, the electricity has gone off three times total which we were required to flip the breaker to fix it. We are unsure as to why it kept turning off, but it turned off everything including the fridge which stored our food. On day 5, the weather was awful so we stayed in. There we discovered there is mold growing on the curtains and under the skirting boards of the cupboards. This is where we also noticed all of the problems listed above. The mold was growing far up the curtains and mostly at the bottom but it still was very visible. There ventilation was also poor and they were incredibly filthy. The photographs are very misleading. They show very nice cutlery and everything to be clean, but when we arrived, it was nothing like the photographs. Originally it was okay until we discovered all of the gross-ness and uncleanliness on Day 5. We contacted the property owner and asked for a refund, as we would not be staying in this place anymore.

We've never stayed in a caravan before so didn't really know what to expect! It was super clean, had everything that you would need and I liked that there was parking right outside the caravan. The site had a good restaurant and little shop. Great that the caravan was dog friendly too! We will certainly be back soon!
