It was great! Had amazing assitance from Dan at the reception since we arrived late at night and right after the typhoon.. Good beds, great breakfast and accommodations!

The room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Dan was very kind and considerate. We rented motorbike for 100k/day and they also made a phone call to change the date for our sleeper bus ticket.

Very accommodating staff, it was no problem to check in at 4am with their 24 hrs reception. Linh from reception was very helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations. Right in centre of town. Great value for money.

The highlight are the staffs’s hospitality and the breakfast is also amazing. There are some problems with the room, and staff immediately help us change to new room.

The staff was really hospitable and nice. We checked out, were able to store our luggage until the next departure and were even offered to take a shower again before taking the next bus trip. Rooms are spacious and clean. AC works great. Breakfast is simple but good. You can choose from 6 different options. We chose bread, eggs and fruit. It has a nice rooftop towards the back where you can see the mountains, the town, the church and the river. There's also a pool table if you fancy a game.

We didn't use the pool, but also the water didn't look the best.

the service was great, always there to help you and the view from the rooftop is amazing
