The sides in the room were covered in dust and there were used soap packets in our bathroom

Very lovely staff and a wonderful room with 2 double beds and an en suite and working tv. Right in centre of the main area ! Beds were very comfy too

Good location and nice rooftop bar with views over centre of Phong Nha. Alright for the price. Good water pressure but hot water doesn’t last very long at all.

Breakfast poor - cold, not many options, had to ask for plates and mugs. No staff around when we arrived had to wait a while to check in. Staff friendly once they arrived though.

Wir hatten Schimmel an der Decke und es war sehr feucht im Zimmer.

L'hôtel est central dans Phong Nha, et est facile d'accès quand on arrive en bus. Le rooftop de l'hôtel est très agréable, parfait en fin de journée pour avoir une vue sur l'ensemble de la ville, sur les montagnes et la rivière. Un service de nettoyage des habits est proposé sur place. Le gérant de l'hôtel est très sympathique et nous a réservé un tour des caves pour le jour même. Tout était très propre, je recommande chaudement d'y séjourner lors d'un passage à Phong Nha !

The staff were friendly and check in was easy. Location is central, but not much going on. I really recommend lantern restaurant, the bakery and the green adventure tour - booked through the hotel. Sarah was great! The bed was pretty comfy and room was spacious. Nice view. Good breakfast and rooftop was lovely! Great view there too. Staff helped book tours and bus, so that was easy.

The room was a bit more dated than I thought and had that classic mildew-y smell a lot of places seem to have.
