Absolutely nothing! ZERO

Didn't resolve my issue and left it as that from booking.com to hotel level. Very very bad experience. As a long term booking.com clients that booked with since 2020..... for this matter is totally not acceptable

If possible please fix the sockets and please provide the mineral water but over all the facilities is nice staff is friendly, the price is bit expensive maybe it because its near jonker street and others historical places.
