Wonderful location, spotless, tastefully decorated, well equipped

3rd time staying here each time for two weeks. It would really benefit from a small bedside table in the main bedroom. The small shelf is useless. It can be noisy. you can hear your neighbours and the street below if that’s something that would bother you.

Spotless, tastefully decorated, great location to explore Madrid. Located beside a lovely square in a safe residential area. Lots of nice restaurants/bars nearby. Really lovely area in Madrid

It’s in a residential building near a very buzzy square which can be noisy at times. You can hear your neighbours voices, kids, tv at night which may not suit if you go to bed early and are a light sleeper

Location, fantastically helpful staff, clean, good facilities, wonderful welcome pack

Boiler was noisy, walls are this so you can hear the noise from next door, no rack to dry clothes.

Fabulous location, excellent facilities, spotlessly clean

You can hear the next door neighbours talking or their tv especially from the twin bedroom. If you are a light sleeper they will keep you awake. Very poor sound insulation between apartments

Fabulous location and very responsive hosts

Very small things- bedside tables in the bedroom rather than tiny shelves would be good; also a dish rack in the kitchen to drain crockery as it's so wasteful to use a dishwasher for a couple of cups and plates.
