Everything looks like in the pictures. Great terrace with jacuzzi. Large, stylish apartment.

Ironing device did not work (only got warm, not hot). Lack of mosquito nets on doors and windows can make one’s night “dynamic”. As the apartment is on the last floor, the water pressure may fall to zero.

Best terrace ever, worth all the money!

Nothing to complain about!

When we arrived the jacuzzi was empty and the host told us too take care about the water, to stop it when it s ready. The water had 16 degrees and only after 3 nights increased until above 30 degrees. On the third day the jacuzzi electricity didn't work. We specifically asked not to be bothered but the host came with an electrician in the time when my husband had to work and was in a meeting. The communication with the host was horrible, they didn't answered to my messages or they answered very late. We couldn't use the jacuzzi at all, but we were in charge about its maintenance (water filling, electricity check, etc). The mattress and the pillows were very used and not comfortable at all.

The terrace is great! Unfortunately the Jacuzzi did not work, although we booked especially for the Jacuzzi, that was disappointing. The apartment is fine, not 150 m2 and not suitable for 4 persons. We had to move the bed/couch to the sleeping room, there are no curtains in the living room and a lot of noise from the elevator.

Very good location and the communication with the host was very good. Very nice place to stay. I am happy with this choice.

Too late check in time 4pm and too early check out 10am. There was no additional towels for the jacuzzi and for 4 days stay no new towels.

Whole apartment was very lovely, spacious and clean. Despite being basically in a city center, it was quiet.

Poor customer service: arrived early but was unable to leave bags unless we paid 15 euro, wine was available to purchase but if we had it without paying we would be "forbidden by law", WiFi not working till the next day as the billl had not been paid! All felt very heavy and not welcoming. A shame. .
