- the apartment is fully furnished with all the comforts for people living long term. For example, the apartment has 4 ac units for the two rooms, living room, and kitchen. - the host was a lovely lady who gave us a bottle of prosecco - underground garage parking was safe and kept the car cool in the hot summer - the place was spotless and convenient to walk anywhere downtown Rijeka - dog friendly - the building was secure

- bathroom shower filter often gets full as it's small by design, so you would have to remove dead skin, health, and your body stuff every 3-4 days if you are living longer term - noise level can be a little high due to the apartment being situated right before a busy traffic street
